If you are not receiving emails from Baker School, please contact Peggy Hallisey in the Baker Main Office (617-879-4500) to make sure your email address is up to date. 

If you are not receiving emails from the PTO please click the "Join" link above to update your profile. Be sure to select all the lists that apply to you. The PTO and school maintain email lists independently of each other. You may opt out of PTO emails anytime by unsubscribing via this same "Join" link.

School Directory Information

Every year, PTO volunteers compile a Directory of all Baker families. The content is provided to us by the School Department of the Town of Brookline and is based on information provided by parents on the forms sent home in the fall. We cannot begin formatting the Directory for Baker families until we receive this information from the Town. It can take several months for all the data entry to be completed by the Town. The Directory is only distributed via email to save paper and costs. If you would like to volunteer to electronically distribute the Directory, an important job that can be done on your own timetable, please email bakerpto@gmail.com. 

PTO Newsletter and Website

The Newsletter is published every two weeks during the academic year by the PTO Secretary. Room Parents are encouraged to let PTO know about any special events in their classrooms or fundraising/charity events their grades are holding. Submissions may be emailed to: bakerschoolnews@gmail.com. No attachments. Any content must be emailed unformatted within the body of a regular email. We reserve the right to edit or refuse any submissions. The Newsletter does not contain advertisements or classified ads, but items of interest  (as determined by the Secretary) will be linked from the Newsletter to this Website.

The PTO Website is updated on-going as events change or new listings are submitted. Contact bakerschoolnews@gmail.com
