Instructions for Teacher & Staff Amazon Purchase Form
To help stretch our donor dollars and make the most of PTO funding, we now ask that Amazon purchases be made through the PTO’s tax-exempt account rather than reimbursed after purchase.
If you’re looking for items available on Amazon, please submit your request to the PTO before purchasing, and we will place the order on your behalf. This avoids paying sales tax and allows us to maximize the value of your grant or funding.
Please complete the form and email it to [email protected]. This helps us place tax-exempt Amazon orders on your behalf and stretch PTO funds further.
Classrooms teachers can request up to $200 and specialists up to $150 (prorated based on your FTE). NEW classroom teachers to Baker School and new classroom teachers to their grade level are offered additional money. Please see Grants How-to for more information.
Please place all orders by June 2, 2024. If you anticipate any orders after June 1, please contact the PTO at [email protected].
