 Staff Present and Participating:  Dr. Mary, Brown, Denrod Fowler, Susan Balogh, Paula Ewenstein

Dr. Brown suggested amendments to the School Improvement Plan (SIP) based on what the teacher and parent survey said. 

Should SIP include something on technology.  Discussion about ETS use at Baker, when technology skills is taught and when keyboarding should be taught.  There is not currently a detailed scope and sequence for the technology curriculum.

Reach out to 9th grade teachers to find out what they are using and to identify deficiencies.  This could then generate staff training ideas. 

There was a discussion about lack of library time for grades 6-8 and a discussion about how to help with library. 

There was a discussion about communications from Baker.
