Deadlines for 2017-2018 grants: October 20, February 1, and April 1
Complete this form in order to request funds from the PTO. You will receive an email from one of the Committee Chairs letting you know the status. PTO funds must be used to benefit Baker School’s students’ health, welfare, safety, or education, and your request will be considered in light of those requirements. Please e-mail or leave in PTO mailbox any research you have done on cost and be sure to include enough detail about how the funds will be spent.
