RLA Picture Day Sign-Up
Picture Day for Remote Learner Academy (RLA) students is this Sunday, November 22nd from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. It will still take place in the garden area in front of Baker School main entrance. We will have no access to the school building that day, so please dress warmly.
For those who originally signed-up for the 11/15/2020 date, your reserved time spot has been moved to 11/22/2020 at the same time. No need to do anything if you still like to keep the same time. If you need to make a different time spot, please make sure you remove the not needed time spot. Thank you.
In order to ensure proper distance between students are kept, we have limited spaces for the given time slots. You can sign up your prefer time slot for your child on the November 22nd Picture Day by clicking the button below.

Online:
You may order your child’s photo online by going to www.coffeepond.com. Enter baker2020 in Coupon Code field to get your handling fee waived. Offer valid until Wed. 11/25/2020. Instructions on how to order online is described in the PDF file below.

Paper Form:
For Hybrid Students, order form will be distributed by your child’s homeroom teacher in the week of November 2nd. Your child's homeroom teacher will collect them on the day of Picture Day. For RLA students, electronic copy of the form will be emailed to you at the end of week 11/02/2020. You may either mail the form and the check back to Coffee Pond or drop it off in drop off box on the day of Picture Day. Extra copies of the paper order form will be available on the Picture Day. Electronic copy of the order form for check/cash payment is also attached below.

Due to the special circumstances we are facing this year, on-line order are highly recommended. However, if you still prefer to pay by cash or check, Coffee Pond is still more than happy to take those method of payments by filling out the paper form.
Note: PTO receives a portion of your proceeds for any photo package that you order. This is another great way to contribute to the PTO fund which are then use to support the Baker classrooms and teachers.
